• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What are packages?

  Packages are made to help you save on ordering multiple prints! For example, if you want all solo photos of AZALEA, you can use the "Subunit Packages" listing instead of ordering the 3 individually, and save $7!

  We also accept package suggestions and requests! Are your best girls all from different subunits or year groups? Do you love a certain ship? Let us know by DM'ing us on our Instagram or Facebook page and we can add the listing just for you! <3

• I don't see the photo/size I want!!

  You can PM us on Facebook or Instagram with a screenshot of the photo you'd like, and we'll make you a custom listing! <3

• Why should I buy a print from you guys?

  Well, honestly in the end, it's up to you. And we totally understand if you don't want to, or can't! But, if you do decide to support us in this way, we will use the money we make from print sales to make new, awesome videos for you guys! All profits are split equally between the members to use towards group costumes, paying for location rental, etc.!

• What is Storenvy?

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
